Shipping Policy

Warehouse Shipping Hours & Delivery Schedule
Please note that our warehouse operates Sunday through Thursday.
We do not ship on Fridays or Saturdays.
All orders are shipped between Sunday and Thursday. The final shipment of the week is on Thursday at 11:00 AM (Israel time).

Shipping Rates

• USA: $25
• All other countries: $35

For international orders, please be aware of possible custom chargers depending on the country you live in. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees, as they are determined by your country's customs authorities. 
Please be aware that if you refuse or reject your package, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, any applicable taxes and duties, and a 5% restocking fee.

Important Notes
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the time of dispatch.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
• We do not offer express shipping at this time.
• Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.
