Final Sale

Items marked FINAL SALE — including select sale items, swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, and hosiery — are not eligible for return, exchange, or price adjustment.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt by submitting a written notice through our website or by email.

All items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and hygiene seals attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

We are not responsible for items returned using your own postal service and are not liable for lost or delayed return shipments.

Fees

• A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the order total or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply, unless the cancellation is due to a defect or breach.
• A return shipping fee of $25 applies for returns or exchanges within the U.S., and $35 for all other countries.
• Original shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
